Sign-in problems
Sign in to StoryTribeGo to storytribe.com, enter your email and Continue. If the address has an account you're asked for its password; if not, you create one. Continue with Google skips passwords altogether.OverviewCan't sign inMost sign-in failures are one of four things: the wrong address, a Google account entered as email, a mistyped password, or too many attempts in a row. Here's what each message means and what to do.Troubleshooting

A project won't openA project that won't load shows one of a few messages: no access, not found, or a timeout. Each has a different cause; the fix is usually a fresh link, the right account, or a reload.OverviewStoryTribe in BraveThe canvas won't load or stays blank in Brave. Brave Shields block the canvas technology the editor uses; turn Shields off for storytribe.com and reload.Troubleshooting
