Every shortcut in the editor, for Mac (⌘) and Windows (Ctrl): the canvas, the layers panel and shot list, the script editor, the table view, presenting and comments.

Shortcuts work on desktop and on a tablet with a keyboard. The canvas list is also inside the app: click Shortcuts in the editor's footer to open the panel, which switches between Mac and Windows keys and defaults to your system. Shortcuts pause while you are typing in a text field, are off in the phone editor, and the panel is hidden when you open a project you can only view. Below, ⌘ is the Mac key and Ctrl the Windows key unless a line says otherwise.
