Behold the Power of Google and Witness the Media Spin

While arguments from the left and right go back and forth about which candidate, John McCain or Barack Obama, is getting favorable press coverage, take a look at the sheer numbers for just a moment.
Google has a great search feature which allows for searching for specific terms, within a specific site. As an example, StoryTribe performed a search on Google using the following search string format:
[candidate name] site:[news website address]
Here are the results of our very unscientific research, with very telling statistics.
*Note: Don’t forget that John McCain’s name has been widely covered in news stories prior to this election year (for example the 2000 and 2004 elections).
