Hold Onto Your Cowboy Hats

In a high profile story, so high profile most people have never heard of it, apparently the World Court has ordered the U.S. to stay the executions of five Mexicans in Texas. What’s better, according to the ABCNews article, is that President Bush has ordered Texas authorities to do what the World Court says.

Here’s the real kicker: neither the World Court, nor President Bush has the authority to enforce these “orders.”
